We serve authentic Beijing cuisine, inheriting the cooking techniques the Qing Dynasty's court cuisine. We present unique local Beijing dishes, including Zha Jiang Noodles, Aiwowo, and many more. The interior design of Chai is inspired by "Siheyuan" (四合院), which are buildings arranged on four sides around a courtyard and the old lanes of Beijing hutongs(胡同), giving insight into the ancient lifestyle of ordinary Beijingers.
